1I want to return my purchase! What do I do?
If, for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with a purchase, We invite You to review our policy on refunds and returns.
2I would like to return a gift that was sent to me. How do I do that?
We are so sorry that you did not like your give. Please, give us a call for assistance in returning the gift.
3Can I exchange my order instead of returning it for refund?
An order can be exchanged for another one as long as it is returned in the original package and it is undamaged. Once we receive the package and a refunded is granted, the exchange item(s) will be mailed over.
4How long does it take for me to get a refund?
Most of the time, it takes about 5-10 Business Days for us to get the package, inspect it, process it into inventory, and complete the refund. If the refund is being issued to a credit card, it may take an extra 2-10 Business Days after the credit is applied for it to post to your account.
5I am returning an item purchased with a Gift Certificate or Gift Card, how does that work?
Orders purchased with Gift Cards will be refunded back to an e-Gift Card with codes that will be emailed to the address on file.
6Do you allow Cashier's Checks or Money Orders?
Unfortunately, we don’t.
7What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all the major credit cards.
